Satin Labels

Our satin woven labels are manufactured using automated, high-speed single-needle and broad looms to ensure superior quality and consistency. Satin labels are exceptionally soft and comfortable while offering a glossy, elegant, and premium appearance. Due to their smooth texture, they significantly reduce the risk of skin irritation.

Satin labels have a higher sheen and are typically produced in basic ground colours. These labels are made using a thick double-warp construction with a one-up, one-down weave pattern, which enhances their durability and finish. The material is often referred to as slit satin, named after the slit knives used to cut the labels to size, although hot-knife cutting is also available.

Satin labels deliver a luxurious, shiny look combined with a soft touch. Because of their premium quality and refined finish, these labels are generally more expensive than standard satin label options.
